Where do I design my templates?
Create your design in Canva, Word or PowerPoint, then send it to us to turn into a Switch-ready template.
Do I need to recreate my existing documents?
Not necessarily. Start with the documents and designs you already use and we'll discuss how to turn them into Document Pro templates.
How much does a template cost to set up?
Template setup costs between £250 and £850 depending on complexity. Multiple template designs receive a 20% discount.
What happens if I exceed my monthly document allowance?
We've made it easy for you to keep track of your usage, but if you do go over we have pay as you go fees. Additional documents are charged according to your package: £0.05 per document on Essential, £0.02 on Plus and £0.01 on Enterprise.

How quickly can we get started?
