Yes. We don't charge per user, so you can have as many users as your organisation needs. Whether it's sales teams, venue managers, operations staff, finance teams or administrators, everyone can work in the system simultaneously.

Do you provide training?
Absolutely. We provide training for your key users so they can become experts in the platform and support their wider teams.

Sure. Switch currently supports Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), making it easier for your team to access the platform using their
existing company credentials.SSO isn't required to use Switch, so if you'd rather manage users with standard usernames and passwords, that's absolutely fine too.
How secure is the platform?
