  • Can I use switch in my venue?

    Yes! We cater for all kinds of venues, and services. You can find out more about these on the "Our Services" page or browse through our list of industry sectors in the menu.

    Can multiple people use the system at the same time?

    Yes. We don't charge per user, so you can have as many users as your organisation needs. Whether it's sales teams, venue managers, operations staff, finance teams or administrators, everyone can work in the system simultaneously.

    As your usage grows, we can provide a plan that matches your requirements through our flexible scaling model.

    Do you provide training?

    Absolutely. We provide training for your key users so they can become experts in the platform and support their wider teams.

    You'll also have access to our comprehensive knowledge base, including step-by-step guides, screenshots, videos and best-practice examples.

    Our UK-based support team is always on hand if you need additional help.

    Can the system manage bookings across multiple venues?

    Yes. Switch is designed to manage single venues, multi-site operations and venue groups from one platform.

    You can manage availability, bookings, enquiries, resources and reporting across multiple locations while maintaining visibility and
    control over your entire operation.


    How long does implementation take?

    Implementation times vary depending on the size and complexity of your organisation, but most customers are up and running within 4-6 weeks.

    Our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth transition, including setup, training and data migration where required.

    Can you migrate data from our existing system?

    Can I access the system remotely?

    Yes. Switch is cloud-based, allowing authorised users to securely access the platform from anywhere with an internet connection.

    Does the system integrate with other software?

    Yes. Switch can integrate with a variety of third-party systems, including finance, CRM, timetabling and payment tools.

    Can we use SSO?

    Sure. Switch currently supports Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), making it easier for your team to access the platform using their
    existing company credentials.

    SSO isn't required to use Switch, so if you'd rather manage users with standard usernames and passwords, that's absolutely fine too.

    How secure is the platform?

    Security is a key priority. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data and ensure reliable access to the
    platform.

    If you have specific compliance or security requirements, we're happy to discuss them in more detail.

    What support do you provide after go-live?
