    Switch does a lot of different things relating to event management, room booking and venue hire. You need it
    to work in the same way that you do to get the best value from your event management software. Here’s a
    few questions that might help to see if you are ready to make the switch.


    We designed Switch for venues who have events space to help them automate processes, reduce admin, introduce live booking and dynamic pricing and improve their conversion rates through a simplified customer process.

    Switch is used by universities dealing with large corporate functions, conferences and weddings through to independent performance spaces hosting stand-up comedy nights, one-man shows and workshops.



    Basically, if you want to make better use of your space, get more bookings and have much less admin, yes, Switch is for you.


    As long as all the information is available, it’s likely to be less than a day. It generally takes a few hours but it will depend how many venues you have, how many individual spaces, how complex your rate card is and how many different configurations you would like.


    Once your initial set up is complete, Switch is ready to go and anyone will be able to use it to handle enquiries, confirm bookings, check what needs to be done, plan tasks and access live booking information.


    Switch has an initial set up fee then it is provided as subscription-based software as a s service (SaaS) so you will pay monthly fee depending on the size of your space. For more information visit our pricing page.
